#1. One of the most basic things to take care of in the morning is your physical energy. This can be through any type of physical exercise, weight lifting, cardio, or stretching. Any of these exercises will release endorphins, providing you with clarity to start the day off right. Also take care of your nutrition, by eating healthy you provide your body with energy. We all know that eating healthy is the key to keeping your body optimized but it's also important to remember to remove toxins.
#2. Pursue emotional connections. You cultivate immense power in your mind, so seek out this type of mental state. Connect with yourself, friends, loved ones, your heart, stay grounded. Be fully aware in the present moment.
#3. Work on your mind, bring clarity and focus to what you want go accomplish during the day. By sharpening your mind you will be more creative. When you can think better you can accomplish faster.
#4. Lastly, work on your spirituality. Devote time in the morning to reading, meditating, listening to a favorite music, reading over empowerment quotes, or write in a gratitude journal in which you record at least one thing that you are thankful for. Inspire yourself to leave a lasting legacy.
